INGREDIENTS
Your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid is made with:

- 90% organic cotton flannel – Soft, hypoallergenic inner layer

- 5% polyurethane (PUL) – Less-mess outer layer

- 5% nylon – Soft, stretchy, adjustable straps
HOW TO USE IT:
Your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid is a simple 2 step process when paired with Organic Castor Oil (not included):
Step #1: Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid
Step #2: Place the pack over the thyroid area, and adjust the strap (not too tight).
That’s it! Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day. Always supervise your child while wearing their pack as straps can be a choking hazard.
For hygiene, apply fresh Castor Oil each time and replace your pack every 2 months!
