Stress, anxiety, trauma, diet, water we drink, parasites are examples of internal toxins while EMF exposure, air pollution, skin care products we apply are some of the external toxins that may through us out of balance.

I’m convinced that dis-ease is always a response – to something we’ve been processing or been exposed to . It’s not an attack. It’s never random. It’s not a punishment. It’s not an accident.

Figuring out what we’ve been exposed to and resolving it – is what healing is about. This is how we become healthy. Not by suppressing symptoms but by addressing the root cause.
