Experiencing symptoms doesn’t mean that your body is broken. It means it’s been thrown out of balance. For example, feeling pain is your body’s way of asking for attention. If we numb it, we miss an important message. The opportunity will come again but this time with higher intensity (this is when we typically feel that “the meds are no longer working”) until we no longer can ignore it.

I’m convinced that health is the ability of our bodies to respond to a broad range of challenges in a way that brings us back to homeostasis. We get sick when either our internal or external environment gets (too) toxic. Stress, anxiety, trauma, parasites, our diet and the water we drink are some of the examples of internal toxicity. EMF exposure, air pollution and skin care products we apply are some of the external toxins that may through us out of balance.

It may come as a surprise but physical symptoms (e.g. shoulder pain, brain fog, eczema etc) can often be traced back to emotional origins. Specific organs hold specific emotional patterns. These emotions include fears, addictions, phobias etc – all of which are part of our earthly experience. These feelings may stem from childhood or other experiences but they remain stored in the body and continue to affect us until we address them. Therefore, the deepest healing often occurs on the emotional level.

So my friend, I don’t look for quick fixes or “treat” conditions. Using applied kinesiology and other approaches, I help you understand what your body is expressing and why.  Together we get to the root cause of what you’re going through and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
