Yes, it’s ok, if we want to use our bodies as a filter… While our bodies can definitely deal with occasional sips of tap water, chlorine, traces of heavy metals and in some cases pathogens will accumulate and eventually manifest in what we call a dis-ease.

NON-TOXIC TIPS:
- The water tank is made from Tritan plastic. It’s considered the safest BPA-free hard plastic. Even so, if you, like me, want to have a complete piece of mind, I suggest storing your filtered water in a separate glass container or jar.
- During reverse osmosis, the water is not only stripped of contaminants but also minerals. For this reason, it’s important to remineralize it unless you follow a very mineral-rich diet.
