HOW TO PREPARE YOUR WHEATGRASS ENEMA
- Start with 1/2 teaspoon of powder into 2 cups of COOL filtered water in your enema bucket. 1/2 teaspoon of powder equals 1 Oz freshly juiced wheatgrass.
