This is a relaxing tonic that can enhance deep sleep and lucid dreaming. The botanicals within this elixir have rich historical use, particularly due to their nervous system decompressing properties. Kalea sacatechichi (native to Central America), Kava Kava (native to the Pacific Islands), Passionflower (traditionally used all over Latin America), and Blue Lotus (used in Ancient Maya and Egypt) have been used in ritual by medicine people to enter deep meditative states and ignite visionary sleep.
Lucid dreaming, or visionary sleep, is the process of awakening in the dream, and being conscious in the dream. Plant allies like those within this formula, assist the body in deeply relaxing, yet remaining lucid and aware as the body transitions into sleep. Also, they allow consciousness to witness itself sleep and enter in a deep relaxed state. As a result, this awakening process naturally enhances restorative rest, studied to boost the immune response, support the nervous system and enhance brain function.

SUGGESTED USE & DOSAGE:
Add 1-2tsp to your favorite herbal tea, or consume it directly on the tongue. It pairs especially well with Blue Lotus tea.
For Insomnia, drink as needed, and increase dosage slowly if imbalance persists.
Listen to your body intuitively and follow the dosage that resonates the most with you.
Pre-bed Ritual: Boil 2-3Tbsp of grated ginger in water for 15-20min. Allow to cool down, and add 1 Tbsp of the Dream Elixir to your cup. Try not being around stimulation, like computers, cell phones, and other technology, and avoid blue light. Drink about 30 minutes before bed. If you have a meditation practice, feel the effects of the dream tonic in a 5min seated meditation. To make sure that no light interferes with your sleep cycles, wear a total blackout sleeping mask.
