SUGGESTED USE & DOSAGE:
Add 1/2-1tsp Rose Powder in a warm cup of water, or in your choice of tea, milk, latte, smoothie, savory and sweet foods, and beyond! It can go on just about everything. You can also add it into your favorite face mask for an extra beautifying effect.
To make Rose Water: Add 1/2tsp in 8oz of almost boiling water (prevent very high heat as it increases bitterness and lowers medicinal properties) and allow it to steep at least 8-10min (or longer). Once it has cooled off, place in the fridge to then drink chilled. Enjoy!
