Mindfulness
By simply tweaking our deep-seated ideas about even the simplest of things that have an impact on our lives, we can achieve improvement in our day-to-day life and/or personal growth. Since childhood, we have been accustomed or even indoctrinated to believe a bunch of things and as a result behave the way we behave. My goal is to encourage you to question your beliefs and be open for change rather than uncritically consume the information that is being fed to us. By slowly detoxifying your mind, you can start questioning the established norms. You can also avoid unnecessary suffering caused when we make decisions based on incomplete or incorrect knowledge as evidence-based information is either being withheld, trivialized or in a way that benefits certain vested interests.

Togetherness instead of social distancing
Let’s make space for each other. Even if we don’t feel like it. We have to. Because fear melts in the presence of togetherness. That’ why we are being kept apart. With physical distancing turning into social distancing. With pieces of plastic covering our smiles. …

The power of a hug

Simple method to declutter your thinking
It would surprise few to say that our attitude or position towards a particular subject is at least partially formed by certain interested parties in the society. This perspective building is often called framing. In essence, instead of seeing the world through the lens we…
